Demi Moore has entered a treatment facility for exhaustion and other health issues.
“Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health,” her rep said in a statement. “She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.”
TMZ reported that the 49-year-old actress was hospitalized last night after paramedics responded to a 911 call placed from Moore’s home in Los Angeles.
It’s been a rough few months the actress, who split from husband Ashton Kutcher in November amid rumors of his infidelity. Hopefully she’ll find the help she needs to get back on track!
