From "Girl Next Door" to pregnant in heels!
It looks like Holly Madison's dreams of starting a family are finally going to come true.
The 32-year-old former star of "The Girls Next Door" and "Holly's World" has confirmed that she's expecting her first child in March with party-promoter boyfriend Pasquale Rotella, 38.
"I’ve wanted kids and that’s something I’m definitely doing as soon as possible,” Madison told PEOPLE in June. "It is something that the time in my life is right for."
The one-time Playboy playmate is currently starring in the Las Vegas burlesque revue Peepshow, but recently declined to renew her contract in order to prepare herself for motherhood.
Just last month, she announced that she was working with an adoption mentoring service called Hold My Hand to adopt a child from either Africa or South Korea.
But it looks like nature stepped in instead.
Madison has always been vocal about her desire to have children. In fact, it was reportedly one of the reason that she split from Hugh Hefner after years of dating.
"We tried to have a baby earlier this year and it didn't work out," Hefner told Us magazine in 2008 after the break up. "She became very depressed."
Madison, who is 12 weeks along, says she's thrilled about her pregnancy. Just a few hours ago, she tweeted a photo of a fortune cookie reading "The current year will bring you much happiness," adding "I think so…"
And we sure hope so too! Congrats Holly!
