Decked out in a rocking fuchsia bikini, the 39-year-old actress showed off her post-baby body in a photo shoot for Us Weekly with her son Finn and daughter Hattie.
But after a difficult pregnancy - she spent four months on bed rest with a severe form of placenta previa - Spelling said "the last thing on my mind was getting my body back."

Peaches Geldof gave birth to her second child on Wednesday - a little boy named Phaedra.
The socialite and former television host delivered the baby via Caesarean section on April 24th, which would have been the 54th birthday of her late mother, Paula Yates.
Geldof's husband Tom Cohen (singer in the band S.C.U.M.) was present for the birth. "Tom and I are completely overjoyed to welcome Phaedra into the world," she told Hello magazine.
The couple, who got married last year, are also parents to son Astala, 1.
