At the end of each week in our office, we are fortunate enough to enjoy "Free Lunch Friday." Coincidentally, Fridays are also known as "Mona Binge Eating Days." I love food! But after a year of free Friday lunches, I have decided it is time to cut back on the steak, pasta and brownies and start nurturing my body for better health in the future.
So while my co-workers were all eating this...
I was eating this!
Carrot Ginger Soup. And I am serious when I say, this soup was DELICIOUS and I felt better this Friday afternoon than I have in months! I'm full and satisfied without the guilt... or digestive pain.
Besides, eating brownies at lunch feels like drinking before 10 a.m. It's just not right... and people judge you.
