Any suggestions on how to re-train my daughter to sleep by herself after an illness?

Our family had the flu for the past week and a few times during that week our daughter slept on the couch with me. I never let her sleep with me the whole night and kept putting her back into her bed once her coughing had subsided and she had calmed down. Just from those few times she now feels like she needs it or at least that she's entitled to it. She has angry screaming tantrums when I put her in bed even with stories, lullabies and talks about being a big girl. I even tried moving her pillow and blanket to the ground and starting off next to her before heading back to bed. Any suggestions?
