Keep nursing...that will help your production improve. You can try an herb called Fenugreek or try adding Brewer's Yeast to your diet. Pick up a copy of Ina May's Guide to Breastfeeding for help and tips. Don't give up!
You MUST be sure to drink plenty of fluids, and if your baby is feeding ok at the breast, start pumping your breasts in between the feedings. Remember, milk production is a "supply and demand" type issue. The more milk that is drained from your breasts, the more your body wtll produce, as long as you are taking in enough liquids. Good luck!
