Make up tips or suggestions? * outfit described?

if i were you, i would pick one or the other. if you go with a smokey eye, then you should wear nude lip gloss. if you want to go with the red lips, then go for a suttle eye. maybe just mascara and eye liner. i would go with the smokey eye though if i were you. it's a more dramatic look. also.....go light on the blush. maybe just a shimmer.
