You can't do a smokey eye AND have a red lip. It's either one or the other. If you decide to do a smokey eye use either a beige/ grey combo rather than black since you have darker features. If you do the red lip keep your eyes as suttle as possible. Get a light irridecent color (maybe a shimmery peach) for above your eyebrow and a little at the corner of your eye smudge a thin line of eyeliner (nothing too dramatic) and two coats of mascara. Since your dress is red you dont want to make your cheeks too rosy either. Try to get a pink that is neutral rather than and one thats brighter

if i were you, i would pick one or the other. if you go with a smokey eye, then you should wear nude lip gloss. if you want to go with the red lips, then go for a suttle eye. maybe just mascara and eye liner. i would go with the smokey eye though if i were you. it's a more dramatic look. also.....go light on the blush. maybe just a shimmer.
