Best Christian Book for Explaining Sex To A Child?

I have a daughter that will be 8 this Summer.I think it's time she learn about the facts of life.We're Christian and we prefer a Christian based book but I have no idea what to use.I don't need a book that just explains sex I need one that explains how the changes a girl goes through also.Does anyone have any suggestions?
