What is a good tip for a hairdresser?

I got a new hairdresser that I am going to tomorrow for a cut and color... which should cost about $130 for both. I was wondering what a good tip is for a hair dresser... I know they say in restaurants it should be at least 15% but I don't know if this applies to hair dressers as well. Thanks! :)
