I am pregnant and is adoption an option for me?

I am three months pregnant with my second child. I have moved in with my parents because I don't want my other child to see the way this man treats me. I am scared of being a single parent of two children. I am under 25. Should I put this baby up for adoption? I have no job and I am now living with my parents. I have no "real" career. Any advice? Is it best to give the baby to an adoptive family that can raise it in a wonderful home or does a wonderful home even exist? I have wonderful parents who will support me in any way they can by the way.
