Are raisins and cranberries a healthy snack for my kids or is there too much sugar?

Any other healthy suggestions?

Raisins are naturally sweet with no "added" sugar, just from nature. The dried cranberries I have seen in the stores usually have sugar added to them b/c they are not naturally sweet like raisins, so you may want to steer clear of those. i think raisins are a great healthy snack. Other healthy ideas are baby carrots and sliced fruit. My kids also LOVE mozzarella string cheese .
