What weight loss plan is right for me?

I am a busy mom of 3 with a full-time job and I want to lose 15 pounds. I don't have much time to exercise so what's the best option for me?

I'm a busy mom of 2 and work from home, so I feel your pain. I have to work around kids tantrums and snack times and cleaning the mess behind them (which the perfectionist in me won't let go) for people who expect miracles to be done that day. I'm sure you've started with cutting out the 'bad, but oh so good' snacks. I just started working to get back in shape and have lost a couple pant sizes in just a week and a half. All I do is make (you have to make the time) 30 min. daily to do an exercise that relaxes me. Instead of lounging on the couch when I'm exhausted, I do a few yoga poses that makes the stress of the day melt away. When it's been a rough one, I try and clear my head with jogging. You'll be surprised what the little exercise will do with your patience and your mood. At first it was hard and the last thing I wanted to do, but I started little by little. I even create a story or sing a few songs in my head. By the time I finish, I was surprised at how long I exercised without even thinking of it. Hope that helps.
