I need to get in shape for summer!

What is a great workout to tone up my arms, butt and stomach with? Help

A kettle ball for starters! Look up some exercises on line. Certain moves can tone thighs, arms, and core all in one movement. On hot summer days, treading water in the pool and swimming laps helps tone a lot of muscles that most excercises can't target. I also highly reccommend pilates and yoga for belly flatners. Pilates will focus a lot on keeping that good posture while working various, new muscles in your stomach that boring crunches can't target. Yoga feels great after cardio. It stretches out your muscles for leaner toner muscles. If you are looking to loose weight, I reccommend interval training (preferably a tredmill) Walk for 3 minutes (4.0 mph) Jog/Run for 1 (6.8-7.0 mph) Do this for 30 minutes. It's a simple cardio workout, but it's also challenging. If that gets too easy, change it up to walking for 2 minutes, running for 1, that way you have less time walking to catch your breathe. Maybe even try walking for 5 minutes, and running for 2. Mix it up and have fun with all of your workouts. It's easy to get bored! Hope this helps!
