Healthy Snacks- Snacking has been so important to keeping my metabolism going and blood sugar balanced. I’ve ditched the salty and high calorie snacks for fresh nutrient rich produce to power up for a summer of fun. Mixed nuts, fruit, and baby carrots all give me the energy I need to get in a good workout!

Hydrate- Water has been essential to my weight loss journey. While it’s not necessarily boosting my weight loss efforts it’s been a great alternative to higher calorie drinks like soda. Staying hydrated is one key to success especially when engaged in high-energy activities. I’ve learned quickly that keeping water bottles on hand helps me to consume more.
