While pregnant with her second child, Ali Landry really appreciates having a close friend going through the same thing.
“Selma Blair and I train together every week,” Ali, 37, told People. “The trainer is always like, ‘Can you guys please stop talking?’ We talk the entire time. I feel so good by doing these sessions though.”
Not only do they work out together, the expecting moms share tips.
“Selma’s so great with the natural remedies and cures,” Ali said. “She shares all that information with me and I tell her all the baby products that I love. We’re trading secrets.”
Ali only had the best things to say about her pregnancy bestie. “[Selma] looks amazing. She thinks she doesn’t, but she looks absolutely incredible,” Ali said.
“It’s important for me to find women who know what I’m going through,” Ali continued. “We sit at the dinner table with a notebook to the side of us and we share tips. It’s been a great support system. It really, really has.”
