A huge part of making a difference is spreading awareness. It is incredibly easy to do, but all too often we ignore the whispers from the universe when something is wrong, something is off and by not listening we allow the worst to happen. Children are affected in the most profound way by the adults that surround them.
We must not simply say we care about the children of our world, we must show we do! Our job as a world community is to stand up for those who cannot protect themselves, and teach them love. Teach them that they are more than their circumstances. Tell them and show them that we care. Not to turn our backs when someone’s light in this world is in danger.

Not anywhere or at any time is a person being real when they attempt to own or sell another human being. No person can ever be owned. This is fact on the soul level. Your soul is always free, no matter what situation you are in, and this is exactly why we are all capable of rising above and creating the extraordinary.
An attempt to own or sell another human being does not create any amount of joy or light in a life laced with loneliness, sadness, anger, and dysfunction. It is an artificial attempt to meet your human needs. The only way out of the dark is a choice to feel your inner light, your wholeness that exists within you regardless of your life circumstances.
In attempting to hold onto another person, you are caging yourself. You are shutting out the possibility of any real love, any happiness, and all that is truly worth living for. What you do is already being done to you. You are the creator of continued darkness in your life.
The only way to have what you want is to turn the switch on. It starts with one choice to turn on the light in the dark room you are living in. No amount of artificial or momentary pleasure will ever be enough. Nothing will ever be enough unless you choose light. You will forever be in a cage of darkness until you choose to open the door, let light in, and let go of what you struggle to hold onto.
Being real is one choice away! Being the real you is the only way to live a life worth existing. It doesn’t matter who you are, what has happened to you, or what you have done, you can always switch on the light!
