It looks like Halle Berry is set to tie the knot with super-hot French boyfriend Olivier Martinez.
A rep for jewelry designer Gurhan told PEOPLE that the actor popped the question with a diamond and emerald engagement ring.
The 45-year-old actress met Martinez, 46, on the set of the 2010 film “Dark Tide.”
It will be the third time down the aisle for Berry, who was previously married to baseball player David Justice and singer Eric Benét. She also has a four-year-old daughter, Nahla, with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.
