It’s not just gossip – Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are officially husband and wife.
The couple tied the knot Sunday night in a secret ceremony at Boone Hall Plantation in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.
Sources say there were about 60 people present at the intimate affair. Apparently, “Ryan has always loved it [there at the Plantation] and when he got together with Blake, he started to bring her here, too.”
According to People, Florence Welch (of Florence and the Machine) is a good friend of the bride and performed a few songs for the guests.
Even more romantic: the plantation’s main house was used as Rachel McAdams’ character Allie’s summer home in The Notebook.
Although Lively, 25, and Reynolds, 35, have been dating for less than year, news of the wedding isn’t exactly a total shock – especially considering they recently bought a home together in Bedford, New York.
The pair, who co-starred in 2011’s Green Lantern, have stayed quiet about their relationship but have been spotted out and about looking every bit the cozy couple. They’ve been seen working out together, sharing vacations and spending quality time with each other’s extended families.
The marriage is the second for Reynolds, who was previously hitched to Scarlett Johansson. The pair split in 2010 after two years of marriage.
