Truth! A great deal of my busyness is totally self imposed. What can I say....it's how I deal with anxiety.
What I've learned from Brooke is that exercise is equally important for my mind as it is for my body.
When Brooke and Sony Pictures Home Entertainment devised her new 30 minute fitness DVD's, they were ahead of the fitness curve. Brooke Burke Body: 30 Day Slim Down & Brooke Burke Body: Sexy Abs, is for every busy chick out there. Young women, women with kids, women without kids, career women - whatever!
Carving out that 30 minutes of "me time", 4 days a week, makes me feel...

When my surgeon told me I could never run again, I became depressed. Endurance running was my thing! I loved the physical release and the mental strength it took to run 26.2 miles. When I learned I had to give it up, it was the darkest time in my...

Bodyweight training uses your own body for resistance, i.e.; squats, push-ups, planks, lunges and Brooke Burke’s FAVORITE exercise - Burpees (not because they’re fun to do, but because they’re super effective!)
Bodyweight Training challenges your muscles with minimal or no equipment. Because they’re dynamic, they hit all major...
