About Shaun Sturz

Not many guys can call themselves a “manny” (male nanny), but I can! It takes a ModernMom and Dad to let a “manny” into their private life. As a “manny” I have a different approach and different agenda then the normal run-of-the-mill gray haired, mothball smelling nanny. It requires that I use a take no prisoners attitude. Most of all, it takes a BIG heart, and someone who enjoys watching SpongeBob SquarePants. All of my passions in life have led me back to working with kids in one way or another- probably because I am just an overgrown 6’2’’ kid myself.

Wow! Is it really summer? Did we already celebrate the 4th of July? As the summer days are longer I swear time is getting shorter in the sense that everything is happening in the blink of an eye. I got another manny gig with a new family. Within the last five weeks the toddler got six new teeth. That is nuts, she is growing like a tumbleweed! Life Changers. How Do You Measure Up?
Dear Everyone, Wow! I can’t believe how long it has been since I last wrote you. Time flies when you are having fun! Actually, the more I think about it, time just flies in general, and the older I get, the faster it seems to go!
