I love to cook! It’s one of those things that you can do as a mom to ensure that your kids and your husband are getting the right nutrition that they need be healthy. As much as possible, I try to prepare my family’s meals myself and I do so about five to six times a week. Fun fact: My kids don’t eat fast food and they haven’t had any type of soda so far.
