Transforming Our Bodies
It has been 3 weeks now since we started incorporating the Transform Your Body with Brooke Burke DVDs into our workout routine. We use the DVDs 3 times per week, intermixed with 3 days of yoga. Our plan is to stick with the DVDs for 8 weeks and then reevaluate.
