Brooke Burke’s Famous Fried Rice

Great anytime. Quick easy and healthy. It’s a complete meal that kids and moms love!

I love this recipe to take advantage of any leftover chicken, plus you can also add corn, asparagus, carrots, peas – whatever is in your fridge!

Brooke Burke’s Famous Fried Rice


  • Five chicken breasts
  • 4 to 6 cups of brown rice
  • One onion
  • Four eggs
  • Butter
  • Garlic salt
  • Soy sauce 



Preheat oven to 450, bake chicken breasts for 20 minutes. Chop in small pieces. 

Prepare the rice, set aside. Special tip – the recipe comes out better if you prepare the rice ahead of time so it’s cold.

In a large skillet, sauté one chopped onion, set aside. Scramble four eggs, chop well, set aside.

Combine all ingredients, add butter, garlic salt and soy sauce to taste. Serve warm, enjoy!
