Olympic swimming champion Amanda Beard and her husband, photographer Sacha Brown are new parents! The 4 time Olympian and 7 time medalist, 27, gave birth to a son on Tuesday, September 15th at 10:54 a.m. at a Los Angeles area hospital. The couple named their new little guy Blaise Ray Brown.
In an email to the Associated Press, Amanda’s agent Evan Morganstein said, “Mom is doing great!”
Baby Blaise is the first child for the couple who wed on a private beach in Indonesia in May. Amanda plans to start training for her 5th Olympic Games (London 2012) within the next 6 months.
