Sarah Michelle Gellar and husband Freddie Prinze Jr. announced to PEOPLE that they are expecting their first child this fall. The former Buffy star and Freddie have been married for six years.

Sarah Michelle will executive produce an HBO pilot “The Wonderful Maladays” and Freddie just finished filming No Heroics, an ABC pilot.
