NEWS: Mel Gibson's DUI EXPUNGED

A judge granted Mel Gibson’s request to expunge his DUI arrest from his records. I’m sure you remember he was arrested in July 2006 on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu where he was driving over 85 mph and had a blood-alcohol level of .12 (above .8 is legally intoxicated).

Many stars get DUIs, but what made this one stand out was his anti-Semitic and sexist remarks he made to the arresting deputy.

The court seems to think that apologies, 3 years probation, alcoholic anonymous and an alcohol-abuse program was enough.
