Charitable celeb moms like Amy Adams, Jennifer Garner, Katie Holmes, and Diane Lane were some of the honorees to receive recognition for their individual charities and philanthropic endeavors at Variety’s second annual Power of Women luncheon, held Thursday in Beverly Hills.
These women, as well as Suzan Bymel and Eva Mendes, were all selected as Variety’s “Lifetime Impact Honorees.” The exclusive event,in partnership with the Lifetime network, included 400 guests made up of Hollywood insiders and many fellow moms, including our very own Brooke Burke and Lisa Rosenblatt, who celebrated the honorees in their efforts to make a difference in the world.
“The goal of Variety’s Power of Women is to celebrate women in entertainment who have made significant contributions to the philanthropic and charitable causes closest to their hearts. By honoring this incredible group of high-profile women who are leading the charge, we hope to inspire and empower everyone within our industry — and throughout the world — to get involved and give back,” said Michelle Sobrino, Associate Publisher of Variety.
