Kelly Rutherford Gets Restraining Order Against Hubby
Gossip Girl Kelly Rutherford obtained a restraining order against her ex-husband Daniel Giersch. The temporary order states that Giersch must stay at least 100 yards away from the actress and their two children until a hearing on October 15th. He is allowed to have “brief and peaceful contact as required for court-ordered visitation” with their son Hermes and daughter Helena.
