“A man’s life is what his thoughts make of it.” ~ Marcus Aurelius Throughout the day thoughts pass through our head. Some of these thoughts are not productive, or uninspired. These are the thoughts of worry or anxiety. As people we are powerful beings of love. For that reason, we are given the choice to let go of the thoughts that do not serve us. We have the ability to hear the thought, feel its ramification in our body, and allow it to roll on through. Our greatest gift is that we are not our thoughts, we are so much more.
