Recently, Ive been trying out GaiamTV. My husband and I are really into exercising at home, so GaiamTV is right up our alley. There are loads of exercise DVDs you can stream online, from Power Yoga with Rodney Yee to Jillian Michaels Extreme Shed and Shred. We were already fans of Rodney and Jillians workouts, and have some of their DVDs in our home collection.
