Healthy Fruit Smoothie Recipe Your Kids Will Love!

We know it can be hard to get your kids to eat their fruits and veggies. But, if you use a little creativity, you can get your kids to eat right.

With this fruit smoothie recipe, your kids wont even realize they’re finally listening to you and getting their essential vitamins. They’ll love the sweet taste and creamy texture and it makes a delicious summer snack. We challenge you to try it out with your kid today!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of your kid’s favorite fruit (frozen) – It can be strawberries, peaches, mixed berries, etc.
  • 1 1/2 cups of juice – pineapple, orange, mango, whatever your kid will like.
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup organic light yogurt – plan is best as it contains less sugar than flavored yogurt.
  • A handful of ice cubes.

Serve to Your Little One!

Blend all of the ingredients until smooth and creamy. The best part about this recipe is that you don’t need to add sugar because the fruit and juice will make the drink sweet enough. You can also substitute milk for fruit juice if you prefer.

The recipe makes two 6 oz. smoothies. To make it even more appealing (not that you’ll need to), serve it to your little one in a cool cup with a twisty straw. Irresistible!
