Kids Crave Stability
Ive learned a lot this week, and one of the biggest lessons of all was how much my children crave stability. The Benefits of Rest: How to Change Your Outlook So You Enjoy Life More

To Hold & To Be Held
One of the most comforting, soothing things on the planet is to be held. One of my absolute favorite things to do is to hold. When youre holding someone you love, take a moment to close your eyes and feel the light that is your loving energy going directly into them. Our love is the greatest gift we can give. We must take time to give love, and create space for it to come in. It is vital to our soul. More than anything else we were brought here to love.

You dont place expectations on us. You hold us up. You keep us warm. You feed us. You give us life and water. Without you we wouldnt exist.
