Spring Cleaning

Its March Ladies! Spring is in the air. Out with the old, in with the new!I was hoping to check in yesterday, but unfortunately I caught my sons stomach flu and spent the night and day in the toilet. Fun stuff! It was great to take a total time out from my life, and I thoroughly enjoyed it (in between the bathroom visits). I watched my hunky Robert Pattinson on the View, who was just too weird to handle, but anyhow. I caught up on some Tivo, and even started watching The Reader.

Eating Healthy With A Busy Schedule

So were all busy right? Running to and from places. To Starbucks, to theoffice, to visit an elderly grandparent, to the gym, to an extra-curricular activity, a meeting. Running running running. And yet, I always roll my eyes at those skinny girls who say, I just dont have time to eat! Yah, WHATEVER! Rome could be burning, and there I am, chompin away. In fact, I can count on one hand the number of meals Ive missed inmyENTIRElifetime. If you ask my husband, hell attest to it! No joke. I NEVER miss a meal.
