When I made this Blueberry Peach Cheesecake, I decided to make the crust with mostly walnuts instead of a typical graham cracker crust. I also used two of my favorite fruits – peaches and blueberries. This cheesecake is absolutely heavenly! The walnut crust was the perfect buttery complement to the blueberry cheesecake and peaches. Everyone who had a slice just loved the combination of flavors. I think this is a new favorite in our house. I don’t know if I’ll ever make a regular graham cracker crust again after using walnuts.
