Hello Sunshine! Summer is winding down which hopefully means cooler weather, special back to school moments, and new fall memories. Did you know that the first day of Autumn is September 23rd? I can’t wait! I’m counting down the days to less humidity, but I’m already celebrating pumpkin season with Starbucks® Fall Blend.
Back To School
CC started third grade this year and Gracie is a kindergartener. I have no idea where the time has gone. I honestly don’t feel old enough to have a kid in third grade. I think I could still hang out all night with my girlfriends, but I may be completely kidding myself.
Now that school’s back, it means early mornings for me. It takes a lot of time to get three kids and myself ready in the morning and I’m thankful for coffee. I don’t know how I could function without my two cups in the morning.
My wish is for CC and Gracie to have a successful school year filled with wonderful memories made with new friends.
Football is Back
In my world fall = football season! I’m a Denver Broncos fan. I grew-up in Colorado and I always thought I’d marry John Elway. Well obviously that didn’t happen. I’ll be honest, last year’s Super Bowl was painful to watch. It was by far the worst game EVER!
I’m also the only girl in my fantasy football league. I’m not only cheering on my Bronocs all season long, but I’m determined to win my league’s championship this season. The boys better watch out. I’m here to win!
