Ingredients
- Coconut water
- Handful of mixed frozen berries
- Tablespoon of omega oil
- Whey or rice protein powder
- Vital greens
- Vitamin C powder (optional but great when I’m feeling run down)
Directions
It’s so easy! Just throw it all into a blender, mix it up and enjoy!
