When you think of a fruit pie, you may think of spending hours preparing the dough and cooking down the fruits. It doesn’t have to be that way. Simply use pre-made pie crusts and canned pie filling. You can stick with a traditional Thanksgiving apple pie, or go with a cherry or blueberry instead. No one has to know that you didn’t spend a lot of time on it. To make this, place the pre-made pie crust in the bottom of your pan, fill it up with the canned pie filling, then cover with another pre-made pie crust. Bake this at 350 degrees F for 30 to 45 minutes, checking often to make sure it’s not getting too brown.
