In my on going quest to become even more frugal, yes I can be more frugal, I have been doing research on items that you can make yourself rather than buying them. Smothered Pork Chops Recipe

These pork chops are delicious and the sauce is to die for! Even my picky daughter scarfed it down. The total cook time is about 75 minutes, but you can multi-task while the chops are on the stove.
