Charlize Theron is a mom for the first time!

The Oscar-winning actress has adopted a little boy, according to a statement released by her publicist.

“She is the proud mom of a healthy baby boy named Jackson,” it read.

No other details have been released so far.

Theron, 36, won an Academy Award for her role as a serial killer in the film Monster. Up next, she’ll co-star in “Snow White and the Huntsman” as the evil queen.
