Candy Spelling Pens Public Letter To Tori
In an exclusive letter to Hollywood gossip website TMZ, Candy Spelling unleashes her latest rant against her daughter Tori. It starts bad and doesn’t get better. “I know many middle-aged people have issues about their parents and their upbringing. I did. My memories didn’t match all those of my mother, and, funny thing, it’s the same way with my daughter,” says Candy.
The latest saga in the long running, super public feud between mother and daughter centers around an invitation to Tori’s daughter, Stella’s first birthday party. Candy alleges she didn’t receive the invitation by the RSVP deadline, and that primetime cable isn’t where she wants to meet her grandaughter for the first time. What?! She’s turning 1, and you’ve never even MET her?
Tori, 36, her husband Dean McDermott, 42, and their children Liam, 2, and Stella, 1, star on Oxygen’s Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood. The reality show focuses on the life of the young family, and how the couple balances working in Hollywood and raising their children.
Maybe Candy should take her own advice, “Make your own season finale without creating conflicts you will regret later.”
