We are excited to welcome our new contributor, Allison Brecher, to our revamped Career section. Allison is a Senior Litigation Counsel at Marsh & McLennan Companies, a Fortune 200 financial services company based in New York with operations in more than 100 countries. She’s a superwoman – – she handles a busy case docket, writes books and articles about her areas of expertise, and she’s the mom of two who has experienced all of the pains, embarrassing moments, and mostly celebrations of being a working mother. In her “spare” time, when she is not helping her girls with homework, activities, or school projects, she co-founded and helps run several nonprofit organizations that have been featured on prominent New York City-area news programs. Allison will be giving creative and practical advice to help other busy moms overcome their career challenges.
