Here are some ideas to help you get out of your food rut…
House Foods Tofu – join the tofu revolution – it’s delicious and nutritious with many health benefits including a great source of plant-based protein! Or Shirataki Noodles which are made with Konjac, an Asian yam. They are ridiculously low in calories and extremely low in carbs. Heat them up and add pasta sauce or teriyaki and veggies. Delish!
Noosa Yoghurt – this isn’t your typical yogurt – it’s thick, velvety and is made with whole milk, a touch of honey, and real fruit puree. And with flavors like blood orange, salted caramel, strawberry rhubarb and more, it’s impossible to get bored.
Spicy Falafel chips – we all love a good tortilla chip, but how about Flamous chips which have 10x higher antioxidant value than green tea or vegetable juice? What? Yep, they are packed with nutritional benefits and the Spicy Falafel is to die for. The sprouted multigrain is also delicious
and can go with anything (nachos anyone?).

Lipton Tea – drinks can also get boring so why not try some new yummy teas? From fruit herbal teas like peach mango, berry hibiscus and apple cinnamon to green teas in flavors like purple acai blueberry, red goji raspberry or decaf blackberry pomegranate, your taste buds will never be bored!
Happy Oats – oatmeal doesn’t have to just be for breakfast. Get creative and add a spoonful of peanut butter, banana and some flax seeds and you have a healthy delicious lunch full of fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals. These non-gmo oats are gluten-free and come in rolled, steelcut and quick oats for a little variety!
