Who doesn’t love sliders?
Made with blue cheese crumbles and crispy fried onions, these little Buffalo chicken sandwiches are sure to be a hit!
Ingredients
- 3 round rolls , small, soft, & sliced in half lengthwise
- 3 tsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp blue cheese crumbles
- 3 tbsp shredded lettuce
- 6 slices Blazing Buffalo® Style Roasted Chicken Breast , sliced thin
- 3 tbsp crispy fried onions
Directions
1. Place opened rolls onto a work surface.
2. Spread the mayonnaise on the top and bottom half of each roll.
3. Top the bottom of each roll with cheese, lettuce, Blazing Buffalo Chicken, and onions.
4.Crown with the top of each roll.
And you’re done! Delish!
