The Grey’s Anatomy baby boom continues!
Just one day after co-star Jessica Capshaw announced that she’s expecting her third child, Sarah Drew became a mom for the first time.
The 31-year-old Grey’s Anatomy actress gave birth to a baby boy on Wednesday evening in Los Angeles.
“She and her husband, Peter Lanfer, are in love with him!” a rep for Drew told PEOPLE.
What did the happy couple name their little of bundle of joy? Micah Emmanuel.
In an earlier interview, Drew shared that they decided not to find out the sex of the baby in advance. Her reasoning: “I’m about to walk into a chapter of my life where I have no control over anything anymore, and I figured I’d ease myself into it by not allowing myself to plan for the sex of the baby. It’s good training for me!”
