My favorite holiday beauty tip is also the most simple. Lining the rims of the eyes (in the water-line) with a waterproof liner, it takes very little effort, and the look is instantly sexy.

Eye Glitter:
Dab a touch of silver or gold glitter on the eyelids. It sticks effortlessly to any cream eyeshadow or eyeliner. It will deepen the color and set the cream so it won’t crease.
