The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling more than 10,000 wrist rattles and 11,000 pairs of baby booties imported by Midwest-CBK Inc., of Union City, Tenn. The pom-poms attached to the wrist rattles and booties can detach, posing a choking hazard. The firm has received one report of a pom-pom detaching from the wrist rattle. No injuries have been reported.

Unfortunately, this person, who is always showing an interest in your child and working to develop trust, can sometimes be a child predator. It is difficult for adults to recognize these people for who they really are, and of course, it is even more difficult for children.
