The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has recalled 7,000 Cool-it Soother by Vulli teething rings. If the teething ring is punctured, bacteria and mold can grow inside the teether’s untreated liquid. This poses an ingestion hazard to infants and can lead to diarrhea and vomiting. No injuries have been reported.
