Use an apple corer to core tart green apples, taking care to leave some of the bottom intact. Cream brown sugar and butter together, and stuff the apple core with the mixture. Sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon over the top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes, and you have a delicious and healthy dessert.
