This meditation focuses on opening up your creative channel in order to create space to allow the creative inspiration into your day. There are times we may feel blocked, or that our creativity is not flowing through us with ease. Other times we are searching for new ideas to share. The best place to go is within. Within you have infinite potential to create. Let this meditation be a starting point to opening up your mind and heart so that your intuition can guide and inspire you.
If possible, follow this meditation with a few minutes of silent meditation. Creative inspiration awaits you in the moments of silence.
You may want to watch this video in full the first time, and a second time to close your eyes and practice the meditation.
