My favorite time to write is when the words flow through me with ease. For that to happen I must first be quiet and still. I must listen. Listen to my heart. Listen to source energy. I get out of the way and allow my mind to clear; making room for all that I need to hear.
It’s hard, if not impossible, to listen to the messages of your heart if you are not quiet and still. Today give yourself the gift of quiet time. Listen for the soft messages you need to hear. Then act.
Act in alignment with your heart, and let your intentions speak truth.
